Responsibilities and Duties
You will assist in the vetting and training process of candidates for positions we post. You will be responsible for posting jobs,screening, interviewing over phone/in person/Duo, hire, and train selected candidates and help them get up to speed so they can close business on their own and close their first account. They will be managed by sales team manager who you will digitally hand them off to.

Knowledge of best practices, HR laws, policies and procedures
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with team
Administrative, organizational, and detail orientation skills desired
Good communication skills, well-spoken and articulate on the phone and in an office setting
Experience with Microsoft and Google Applications (Word,Docs, Sheets, Excel, etc)
Motivated to help team develop and grow
Strong problem solving, decision making, and planning skills
Strong organization with the ability to set priorities
Strong writing and grammatical skills, ability to write clearly and concisely
PAY: Commission based: 2% residual
