Thank you for stopping by My Basic to learn about virtual reality and how it can benefit your business. Our team ventured into VR development and successfully completed our first project last year. VR is poised to help many industries grow, and our goal is to help you understand how virtual reality works and how to implement it into your business process. Our focus is education, business, and healthcare. Please fill out our form below so we can learn more about your VR needs.

Business

Imagine creating a memorable experience that a prospective customer can try for themselves as they learn more about your brand or new product. We’re talking about an experience where you control the environment from start to finish. This is achievable in virtual reality. Imagine enabling a customer to try your new product at a trade show in an environment that you control 100%. Whether you want to create an interactive presentation or create an experience that helps them see the value of your product/service first-hand, virtual reality is that medium that can set you apart from your competition.

We have the experience, expertise, and talent to create custom programming and narration to help tell your story to your audience. No longer can we only tell 2D stories, but we can now tell 3D stories in a creative and informative way that will leave a favorable memory in the minds of your audience.

Education

The day is upon us when online learning takes the next leap in technology to help students gain an even better education. VR is the tool to help that process. Currently, the process of online learning involves logging into a chat room and taking a course where the professor and fellow students log in and the learning process ensues. We want to turn that process upside down and retire it point blank. American students and students around the world deserve a top-notch education and that includes the area of online learning. After all, they’re paying for it.

Need a unique environment to teach students a specific skill set or understanding? We can create it. Our goal with VR is to take what is read out of a text book and bring the lesson to life! We can accomplish this with VR. We’ve talked with several students who believe virtual reality can help them learn more and connect with their professors and classmates. We want to help. Students can now log on and experience online learning from around the globe to gain a world-class education. Let’s make it happen!

Time

Time is a resource that is limited and we can never get back. VR can help us leverage time by being more efficient in learning and business interaction. With VR, our team can help you make the most of your time.

Resources

Virtual Reality can help leverage resources in a variety of ways. When you create a learning experience in virtual reality that requires the use of a resource, you can reset and reuse that resource without having an extra cost each time you reset. So if you’re teaching welding in VR, you don’t have to worry about equipment purchases for the welder or materials to work on. We’re in a teaching environment where resources matter more than they ever have, and VR just disrupted the game and made it better for the end user. Want to talk more about it offline? VR=Leverage

In today’s ever-changing learning and business environment, VR looks to empower early adapters and give them a notable competitive advantage. VR leverages the single most important resource known to man: Time. Next to time, one has to have money to purchase a resource. In VR, resources are unlimited.

Imagine being able to control the environment in which you teach online, or allowing prospective customers to be able to demo your product in a safe environment, all the while allowing them to see first-hand how your product works or learn about your brand. Our team has a thorough knowledge of creating models and textures optimized for Virtual Reality and developing immersive environments using various shader/material and lighting techniques. We have experience creating interactive elements using Blueprint visual programming, targeting both normal input methods and motion controllers. When it comes to game development and virtual reality, our team has over 4 years of experience in Production Management & Game Design. We’re experienced both with Oculus Rift, Gear VR, and HTC Vive.

Virego

We recently developed a Virtual Reality experience with Innovative Golf Opportunities LLC in Atlanta. Jan and his team were looking for a better way to help potential investors understand his vision of the forthcoming Virego System. We met with Jan several times to develop a plan that would work to help people better understand his idea. We concluded on developing a virtual reality experience since he didn’t have a scale prototype of the Virego. Our team developed a presentation and VR experience of the Virego System. During development, we brought Jan in to experience first-hand his idea in virtual reality and all we can say is he was elated both with seeing his idea come to life and the VR experience. Once the project was complete, he showed the presentation to several angel investors and team members in the Netherlands and the U.S., and reported back they could clearly understand how his invention worked. His team is now in the next phases of bringing Virego to life. Helping Innovative Golf Opportunities was an awesome experience and our team learned many new lessons. That tends to happen when you push the boundaries of VR and Marketing.

In today’s high-tech world, smart businesses and entrepreneurs are choosing virtual reality as a way to reach out to their target audience.  While traditional methods of presenting an idea for a product or service involve attempts to haul around the item or provide basic slide-shows and presentations, virtual reality programming/augmented reality programming provides a more appealing solution.  Through VR/AR programming, entrepreneurs can now present their ideas and products in an attractive, real-to-life way that draws in potential customers and gives them a true experience.

While VR/AR brings a unique perspective to the table, it is not designed to entirely replace marketing; instead, it is supposed to complement your regular marketing regime. VR/AR kicks things up a notch, encouraging individuals to support your plans or make a purchase, but will not complete the entire marketing journey.

VR and AR offer a wide variety of benefits for different brands. Businesses can use VR and AR for marketing projects such as allowing the audience to tour buildings, drive cars, and experience new places before they are even built. While everyone can appreciate virtual marketing, businesses that focus on 18-34-year-olds often discover that VR and AR are vital to their success since these techniques are appreciated by the younger generation

Many businesses are uncertain about using VR/AR since it involves a wide range of technology and new options. Despite the fact that these techniques are somewhat new, they are proving to be very successful. According to a recent study, 53% of individuals surveyed reported that they would be more likely to buy from a company if it implemented VR.

In the past, businesses and service providers have been forced to put together presentations that are not only complicated but also boring to their audience. With the use of VR/AR, it’s possible to throw aside slideshows, handouts, and fliers, instead focusing the audience on a first-hand experience that welcomes individuals to “see” the plan with their own eyes.

Augmented reality is somewhat like virtual reality but, rather than taking the audience to a different location, augmented reality helps to combine the real world along with virtual objects. AR makes it possible to see plans come to life in the location where they will take place.

Virtual reality is the process where individuals can “experience” something without leaving the comfort of their homes. Through VR, people can feel like they are being transported into a different dimension, making it possible for them to have a first-hand look at a project such as a building or a landscape. With the use of VR, there is no longer a need for sketchy presentations that try to display an idea – instead, the audience can see and interact with it for themselves.
