A revision round means you review the work, provide consolidated feedback, and we implement your requested changes. We ask that you bundle your feedback so we can address everything at once efficiently. Revisions cover design and content adjustments within the original project scope — not entirely new features or pages.
A Starter website typically takes 2–3 weeks from kickoff to launch. Growth projects run 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. Enterprise projects are scoped individually. Timeline depends on how quickly you can provide content, feedback, and approvals — your responsiveness is the biggest factor.
Yes. For projects under $5,000, we require 50% upfront and 50% on completion. For larger projects, we can structure payments around milestones (e.g., design approval, development completion, launch). We want to work with you in a way that makes financial sense — just ask and we’ll find a structure that works.
Every project includes a post-launch support period (30, 60, or 90 days depending on tier) during which we handle any bugs or issues at no additional cost. After that, changes are billed at our standard hourly rate, or we can set up a monthly retainer for ongoing maintenance and updates. We never leave you stranded.
Absolutely. Once final payment is received, all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for your project belong to you. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and third-party libraries (which are governed by their own open-source licenses). You are free to host, modify, and use your project however you see fit.
